On 6th November the #SONATA_horizon project held its 2nd Recommendations Workshop at ECOMONDO, in Rimini, Italy.
This session, organised by SONATA partner Green Building Council Italia, hosted an insightful and animated discussion across the panel of policymakers, working within the field of healthy and sustainable buildings.
After an introduction from GBC Italia Director Marco Caffi and SONATA Coordinator Andrew Vande Moere from KU Leuven, the panel gathered to answer a series of questions, posed by moderator Anna Laura Pisello from Università degli Studi di Perugia, on the latest recommendations emerging from the project, and the barriers that could be faced in implementing them at the policy level.
These questions were designed by the consortium to gain expert feedback that will help us to refine not only how we present our recommendations, but how we shape our ongoing research, to ensure relevance, and transferability. In doing so, the SONATA recommendations will be truly implementable in real world workspaces, resulting in healthier office spaces for workers across Europe and beyond.
