From 8th-11th June, SONATA partners from the EAP LAB at Università degli Studi di Perugia were in Reykjavík, Iceland, to attend Healthy Buildings 2025 Europe.
Anna Laura Pisello delivered the presentation “Changing office layout implementing vertical acoustic panels: evaluation of the impact on workers’ perception and behaviour”, written by Agnese Chiucchiù, Veronica Martins Gnecco, Ilaria Pigliautile and Anna Laura Pisello. This research is exploring how the use of vertical acoustic panels within a workspace can affect the occupants’ (workers’) wellbeing and productivity within an office environment.
Attendees also took the opportunity to explore the Icelandic wilderness, including some whale watching!
